Gun Club Green (GCG) is one of Denver's best kept secrets. A gated community of 104 unique homes nestled among mature tree growth, GCG sits atop southeast Denver's highest point. Complete with tennis courts, a pool, Jacuzzi, clubhouse, multiple ponds, and 9 acres of private open space, GCG offers quiet, quality living for residents of all ages and walks of life.
Park
Our private park features nine acres of open lawn and mature trees and two ponds linked by a re-circulating stream. A gravel pathway meanders around the Green and crossing the stream with wood bridges. Benches and rest areas are scattered throughout. Our& newly remodeled clubhouse with hot tub, our pool and two tennis courts are also located right in the park, easilly accessible for all residents.
Amenities
The Gun Club Green community has many amenities to offer to its residents:
- An outdoor half-size Olympic swimming-pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- A large clubhouse remodeled in 2007 featuring a 20-person indoor hot-tub, a cozy reception room and a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven and microwave, large mens and woman's bathroom with showers and dressing areas. The clubhouse facility is open year-round for the enjoyment of our homeowners and their guests.
- Two outdoor tennis courts
